1、Super temperature control ability
The heating cylinder adopts a unique hollow structure, which effectively isolates the high
temperature inside and protects the safety of workers. Using PT100 high-sensitivity temperature
sensor and matching full computer PID temperature control, the temperature resolution can reach
0.1OC, and the temperature control accuracy is ±0.5OC.
2、Dual power supply
The power supply of the equipment is powered by DC 48V switching power supply, and the motor
torque is more than 2 times that of ordinary glue dispensers; the system power supply is powered
by DC 24V switching power supply, which is separated from the power supply to avoid interference
between the power supplies, making the entire equipment run with full power And stable, the
control accuracy and stability have been greatly improved.
3、Double guide rail design, high precision and long service life
The X, Y, and Z axes all use double guide rail design (that is, the device has 6 heavy-duty guide
rails).
